Debbie
– Dental Assistant
My name is Debbie and I was born in New Hampshire, but grew up in
the New York and New Jersey area. I’ve been married to my best
friend for thirty years and have two grown children, Douglas and
Stephanie. We are empty nesters and enjoy riding our motorcycles and
traveling.
I started my career by attending dental assisting school in Trenton,
New Jersey. I have been a dental assistant for thirty-six years and
have enjoyed working with Dr. Braverman for thirty-two of them. The
part of my job I like best is making my patients feel comfortable in
the dental chair and helping them to achieve the best dental care
possible.
Linda
– Patient Coordinator
I was born and raised in the suburbs of New York City. Although I
earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the Fashion Institute of
Technology in Textile Production and Management, I decided to follow
in my family’s footsteps and work in the dental field. Since
graduating from college in 1989, I have actively worked in the
dental field. I moved to Florida in 1993 and just love being in this
warm climate. I have been happily employed by Dr. Braverman since
2000. I have been so grateful to Dr. Braverman for this job
opportunity because I think our office is a great place to work. My
favorite part of my job is making financial arrangements with
patients that fit their needs. It feels great knowing that that we
can help someone obtain their dental needs by offering financial
arrangements that make it possible.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling,
going to the beach, dining out, and walking my dog Sammy. On
occasion my cat Lucky will join us for a walk.
Lisa
– Office Manager
I am proud to be a native of South Florida. My parents moved from
New York (of course) and purchased their first home in Miami during
the early 1950s.
I have been employed in the accounting field since 1983 in both the
private and public sectors. I became a Certified Fraud Examiner in
2002. I am also a member of ACFE, South Florida ACFE, FIPCA, and
NNA.
I have been married to my husband Bruce for six years, and we are
blessed with three amazing children, a wonderful daughter-in-law,
and one “perfect in every way” grandson. I enjoy music, sporting
events, and traveling.
Besides doing the bookkeeping and assisting Linda at the front desk,
I help manage the office so we can provide the most comfortable,
efficient, and prompt service to our patients. Each day, I look
forward to making each patient’s experience better than the last.
Ashley – Dental Hygienist
I’m a Florida native. Therefore, I love anything having to do with
the beach and boating. My pride and joy is a four-pound Yorkie named
Bella that I treat like my very own child. Recently I became a
first-time auntie and couldn’t be more excited! In my free time I
like traveling, trying new food and restaurants, dancing, and going
to the movies. I’m an avid gym member and believe in living a
healthy lifestyle.
I have been interested in dentistry since I was young. Having spent
a lot of time in braces and visiting the oral surgeon frequently, my
passion for the field grew and has given me a lot of compassion
toward my patients. I’ve had the pleasure of practicing in the
dental profession for nearly five years, not only as a hygienist but
also as a dental assistant. The most rewarding part of my job is
helping patients to achieve and maintain excellent oral health.
Being a people person, I enjoy being able to interact all day with
my patients. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist, certified in
radiology, CPR, and expanded functions.
